With years of experience in coaching and leadership programmes, it seemed the right time to move forwards with an innovative, new approach to leadership.

Prioritising wellbeing is a challenge, but Wings helps leaders, teams and individuals to feel safe and supported within a dynamic environment.
Our mission to is help support those in leadership roles now or those who would like to occupy leadership roles in the future to focus on what’s really important.
We also help leaders work out how to take steps to achieve their aims in the short and long term, including how to nurture wellbeing for everyone so that they feel fulfilled in the workplace.
We empower leaders and potential leaders with the critical foundation skills that enable people to become exceptional leaders that truly inspire.
The delivery of the Wings Leadership programme includes the acquisition of game-changing skills that reconnect us to who we really are and the leader we want to be.
This takes courage, ownership and passion to make the difference for our own lives and those of others who look to us for insight.
There are three threads to our work at Wings. We support leaders and potential leaders in three groups:
At Aston University, based in Birmingham, we work with the Aston Global Leaders programme. This involves post-graduate students who want to acquire robust and resilient leadership skills that are also agile and flexible, such as self-esteem, tenacity and resilient wellbeing.
In addition, the students can take part in lectures with different global leaders, all passing on their expertise and inspiration to those who want to refine their leadership skills.
We are also involved in delivering dynamic and proactive courses to enhance open mindsets in schools.
This is our Leadership programme for students, where we work within secondary schools across the world – from Australia, Canada to the UK – nurturing essential leadership qualities and wellbeing within young adults.
There’s no doubt that young people today can sometimes be confused as to what an inspirational leader looks like and how they should act to lead from the front while supporting others.
With our Leadership programme for students, we encourage and promote strong leadership qualities, such as lateral thinking, empathy and strategic vision, to empower young people in their future careers.
Beginning with empathy and the ability to consider others, we develop with a concept of Inside Out Leadership.
This means that people start with internal change, reflecting on the qualities they would like to develop in their own practice, enabling them to become calm visionaries and true trailblazers who nourish their own wellbeing and that of others in their team.
