Cudos Graphic Design faced a challenge in harnessing the individual strengths of their team members while prioritizing wellness. With a creative workforce under pressure to meet tight deadlines, the need for a supportive environment that nurtured both personal and professional growth became crucial.

1.      Personality Analysis:
WINGS implemented a comprehensive personality analysis for team members, helping individuals understand their unique strengths and how they contribute to the team dynamic. This boosted self-awareness and fostered appreciation for diverse talents within the team.

2.      Team Strengths Activity:
Engaging workshops focused on identifying and leveraging team strengths were conducted using tools such as the Strengths Finder Assessment and mind mapping sessions. Participants visualized connections between their strengths and wellness goals, enhancing collaboration and creativity.

The workshops culminated in action planning sessions where participants set specific, measurable wellness and strength-related goals, outlining actionable steps and timelines for achieving them.
