Hi, I’m Baljeet Baba.

Transformation has always fascinated me—from the quiet metamorphosis of a caterpillar to the boundless flight of a butterfly. That’s where WINGS was born, inspired by my background in entomology (one of my three master’s degrees—yes, it’s crazy!).

The butterfly’s journey mirrors our own: struggle, growth, and breakthrough.

Science gave me the tools to understand the intricate mind-body connection, but my search for deeper wisdom led me beyond the lab. Through ancient practices and modern research, I discovered a powerful truth: true success isn’t just about working harder—it’s about mastering the mind, journey inward is not about wo-wo practice but an essence of life .

Through my experience lecturing, running businesses across three countries, and working with leaders and teams, I’ve seen a silent epidemic: burnout, stress, and disconnection—masked behind busy schedules and high performance.

 Conversations with successful leaders, tech pioneers, and masters across disciplines anf much research revealed a common thread: the key to sustainable success is mind mastery.

That realization led me to leave my day job and create WINGS—after years of dedication we crafted a workplace wellness solution that blends timeless wisdom with modern science to help individuals

Emotions have a lot to answer for. On one hand, emotions are just energy. But they can also heavily impact our physical and mental wellbeing. As leaders, we’re good at wearing a ‘mask’, but when we wear this mask, we’re not managing our emotions. We bottle up these emotional ‘chemicals’ and eventually they leak, causing physiological & psychological harm. That’s why all my coaching and leadership programmes are focused on emotional fitness.
